Russia Test Data Generator
Create synthetic Russia profiles for forms, demonstrations and localization tests.
Preparing your test data…
Your first record will appear here shortly.
Copy individual values or export the entire result.
Synthetic identities; domains, addresses and numbers may coincide with real values. Do not contact or send payments.
Testing Russia interfaces
This locale uses ru definitions for names and presentation formats. Test text lengths, input handling, exports and Unicode support. City, region and available postal codes come from the same GeoNames locality. See the generated quality note for postal coverage; street and house number remain synthetic.
Testing Russia forms
Use a Russia profile as a starting point for form tests. This guide focuses on region, building and apartment labels. Add the deliberate fixture below to make that behavior repeatable.
Generator locale: ru. Suggested application display locale: ru-RU. These are separate settings; this guide does not change the generator’s output.
Address reference for Russia
The Russia UPU sheet describes six-digit postcodes and separate locality, region, building and apartment components. Its international-mail note recommends leaving the country name as the final line.
Region, building and apartment labels
Test a building identifier and an apartment identifier as different fields. A label formatter may reorder components, but must not merge their numbers or replace a supplied Cyrillic spelling.
A deliberate regression fixture
Editorial regression fixture — shape and preservation tests only country: RU building: "8" apartment: "16" postal_shape: "123456" expected: Keep six postcode characters and avoid swapping the building and apartment values.
These editorial inputs are for controlled tests. They are not verified addresses, guaranteed unassigned contact details, or automatically generated examples.
- 01
Fixture assertion
Keep six postcode characters and avoid swapping the building and apartment values.
- 02
Original text
Add the hand-written input “Алёна” and compare it after saving, copying and CSV import. It is an editorial string, not promised generator output.
- 03
Locale and coverage
Test ru-RU display separately from the stored date-only value. Keep the generated locality coverage note with the record; the address reference does not expand Genory’s dataset.
