Account and workspace information

An account stores your email address, password hash, assigned access level and account timestamps. Sessions and API keys are stored as hashes. Saved configurations, support conversations and administrative actions are stored to provide the related features.

Payment records include the selected plan, price, currency, provider invoice/payment identifiers, payment status and access-grant timestamps. The application does not request wallet seeds or private signing keys.

Generated data and validation inputs

The application does not save generated profiles or submitted IBAN/BIC validation values in account history. Request metadata can include the endpoint, time, status and number of generated records.

If you copy generated values into a support ticket or download a file, that copy has a separate lifecycle: support messages are stored, and downloaded files remain under your control.

Usage controls and browser storage

Account and guest usage counters enforce allowances. When trusted proxy forwarding is configured, keyed hashes of client IP addresses help enforce guest and request-rate limits. These measures do not provide anonymity.

An essential session cookie supports login. A signed security cookie (genory_guest, up to 30 days) helps enforce guest limits alongside keyed IP hashes. It contains a random identifier, not a device fingerprint. Daily allowances and request-rate limits apply to both the guest browser and the IP address; visitors sharing a public IP can share its guest allowance. Browser storage remembers the selected theme and recently copied emoji. Hosting and proxy logs depend on the deployment configuration.

Page-view statistics and optional analytics

On the public production website, Genory counts page views by UTC day and public page group. These counters contain no visitor identifier, IP address, referrer, query string, form input or generated data. They cannot measure unique visitors. Admin sessions, private account and checkout pages, API routes and development or preview environments are excluded. Existing login sessions are checked only to exclude administrators.

Generator popularity counts successful generation runs by tool and UTC day, including API requests and automatic initial results. Browser-only generators report only their tool identifier, never inputs or results. These aggregate counters do not identify people, measure unique users or consume record allowances. Admin sessions, recognized bots and non-production environments are excluded. Browser completion reports may be blocked or manipulated, so popularity is an approximate usage indicator. Enabled Google Analytics or Umami integrations load automatically on public pages. Google Analytics may use cookies to measure visits. You can turn these integrations off for your browser through Analytics preferences in the footer. Existing opt-outs remain respected. These services may process network information under their own policies. Advertising consent is handled separately. Hosting access logs and essential security counters are separate from these page-view totals.

Payment and advertising services

When enabled, crypto checkout is handled by NOWPayments. The application sends the order reference, plan description, amount and currency to create checkout. The payment provider processes information under its own terms and privacy notice.

Optional advertising is disabled until configured. The advertising component requires a compatible consent system and affirmative consent before loading ad code. Active paid access suppresses advertising.

Retention and requests

The maintenance command removes expired sessions and rate-limit buckets, request events older than 30 days and audit events older than 180 days when an operator runs it. This is not an automatic deletion promise for all stored information.
