Indonesia Test Data Generator
Create synthetic Indonesia profiles for forms, demonstrations and localization tests.
Preparing your test data…
Your first record will appear here shortly.
Copy individual values or export the entire result.
Synthetic identities; domains, addresses and numbers may coincide with real values. Do not contact or send payments.
Testing Indonesia interfaces
This locale uses id_ID definitions for names and presentation formats. Test text lengths, input handling, exports and Unicode support. City, region and available postal codes come from the same GeoNames locality. See the generated quality note for postal coverage; street and house number remain synthetic.
Testing Indonesia forms
Use a Indonesia profile as a starting point for form tests. This guide focuses on rt/rw and nested neighbourhood details. Add the deliberate fixture below to make that behavior repeatable.
Generator locale: id_ID. Suggested application display locale: id-ID. These are separate settings; this guide does not change the generator’s output.
Address reference for Indonesia
Indonesia uses five-digit postcodes. The UPU examples include neighbourhood identifiers such as RT/RW alongside village and district information.
RT/RW and nested neighbourhood details
An RT/RW string is neither a fraction nor a house number. Keep it available during CSV import. Also test a single display-name input without assuming that everyone supplies two name components.
A deliberate regression fixture
Editorial regression fixture — shape and preservation tests only country: ID neighbourhood_input: "RT 02/008" display_name: "Sari" postal_shape: "12345" expected: Preserve the RT/RW string and the complete supplied display name.
These editorial inputs are for controlled tests. They are not verified addresses, guaranteed unassigned contact details, or automatically generated examples.
- 01
Fixture assertion
Preserve the RT/RW string and the complete supplied display name.
- 02
Original text
Add the hand-written input “Sari” and compare it after saving, copying and CSV import. It is an editorial string, not promised generator output.
- 03
Locale and coverage
Test id-ID display separately from the stored date-only value. Keep the generated locality coverage note with the record; the address reference does not expand Genory’s dataset.
