ABOUT THIS GENERATOR

Gothic restraint versus infernal consonants

Gothic wanderers and necromancers both use the gothic profile, with roots such as sev and thren and families such as Gravechime and Ashpsalm. Infernal creatures use the separate demon profile, with harsher xhaz and qhar-style starts. The two mortal labels do not imply different hidden algorithms.

Naming style

The gothic profile has gender endings and Classic titles such as Penitent and Exorcist. Demons have no gender pools and use titles such as Devourer and Tormentor. Dark adds its own sounds and title vocabulary, which can replace those profile titles when Title + name is selected.

How to use this generator

  1. Choose a gothic character, necromancer or infernal creature.
  2. Generate in Classic first, then compare Dark with the same length.
  3. Choose a bare name for dialogue or a titled name for an encounter introduction.

Tips for choosing a name

  • Use shorter mortal names and more elaborate creature names to distinguish the two in your notes.
  • A necromancer label provides creative context, not generated skills, classes or game mechanics.

Favorites stay in this browser for guests or in your Genory account when signed in. Save the seed together with the selected generator and settings to reproduce a series in the same engine version.
